Easy Alfredo sauce
1 c HWC (heavy whipping cream)
1 c butter
2 c grated parmesan cheese
Pureed garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Warm up over low burner until all melted and mixed and it's ready to eat
I portioned mine out in 1/2 c. mason jars to refrigerate and freeze - I got 5 BIG servings, but you could probably stretch it across more servings. I was just trying to portion it out so that I could put it in my food tracker for today's meals.
I poured it over shirataki noodles, sautéed asparagus with kilbasa and ate a wonderful luxurious meal.
Nutritional Info for ~ 2 1/2 cups
When portioned across 5 servings, the numbers look better.
Don't worry about momentary cheats or stumbles, focus on succeeding in the long run. Always keep your eye on the target and if you stumble, get back up and stay in the race.
