SIMPLE wonderful cheese crisps!

WOW> This is the easiest thing EVER. Just take a handful of shredded cheddar cheese..put on paper plate and nuke in microwave for about 1:20.

Out comes crunchy cheese crisps.
You can then use them with your favorite dip or even crunch over salads.

YUMMEEE!!

They don't stick to the paper plate? I always use parchment paper when I make them.

hmmm. It doesn't stick to my plates - maybe because they are the Dixie brand that has a coating.

I microwave mine for 1'30" then immediately fold one side over and make a taco shell out of it. This is very good with steak and guacamole. This morning I had it with cheese scrambled eggs and guac. yum

eh - can't get the photos to work. Will have to learn how to do it correctly when I have time.
