Poppy seed dressing

Have to say the poppy seed dressing on Linda's website is spot on! My MIL told me she was going to make a salad with some spinach, mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, goat cheese (it was like cream cheese) and walnuts. She told me to bring my own dressing because her poppy seed dressing has sugar in it. That and lil cornish hens was our Easter supper.

It was SO GOOOOODDDD....

I'm glad you liked it. I had never had poppy seed dressing before making that recipe so I have no idea if it's anything like what people expect it to taste like.

Oh, that's my favorite salad. I haven't made LC poppyseed dressing yet but it's on my list.

This meal reminds me of luncheon at Neiman Marcus many years ago. I loved the poppy seed dressing and learned to make it. I'm glad you mentioned Linda's version. I'll try it and put it on a bowl of strawberries.
