Very tasty LC bbq rub

I was missing BBQ ribs, got to Google and found this recipe on "food". It came out AMAZING!! It has a good hot bite to it, so adjust the cayenne to your personal preference:

1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons Splenda granular
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

I also made chicken and it came out very good too. I used Truvia instead of Splenda though.

Sounds a lot like mine, except I don't put the Splenda in there, and I do put oregano and some ground chipotle chile powder.

Thanks for the reminder, I need to make some up - grilling/smoking season is almost upon us!

Love making crockpot ribs with a rib and then finishing them off with a sauce and broiling them. So good! I'll have to give your rub a try!

Yummy!! Please tell me more I bet the meat falls off the bone doing the ribs like that.

What do you put in the crock pot? I've been eyeing a big one I've seen in Costco.
