Shirataki Noodles best tasting brand?

For non-tofu shirataki: Which shirataki noodles do you like best? Or does it matter?
Netrician has Dukan Diet and Miracle Noodles, plus there are various others.

I've also read that "dry frying" (rinsed and kind of stir fried) tastes better than boiling for a few minutes.

Today at WM I found Zero Pasta Plus noodles by the vegetarian section. They were quite good and had a decent texture.

I saw Quest has come out with some too. I think only GNC is carrying them. The 'noodles' I've tried you do all three too. Rinse, boil, fry then use.

Yeah, we do. They are the 'miracle or shirataki' ones. Found them at whole foods. Even my picky eater really liked them. I've used them in pad Thai, spaghetti and chicken noodle soup. I just did what the package directed, wash, boil, fry.

I'm going to try the Quest ones though and see if they are any better/different.

I tried the Quest ones. Not that great for the price. Netrition carries No oodles or something like that that are softer than the Miracle noodles.

Best Shirataki Noodles

Hi, I love Miracle Noodle brand of shirataki noodles.. they are a staple n our house. I combine them with veggies and some protein and of course favorite sauces. They take on the flavor of whatever you combine them with.
