My own savory fat bomb would be half an avocado filled with mayo and sprinkled with lime and sea salt! Probably not what you're looking for but it sure hits the spot.

Char - love that...never even thought about an avocado! Gonna try this. I cant believe I am actually starting to find most things too sweet ~ MAJOR change for me, but I actually prefer savory/salty over anything else even chocolate most days - GAST!

Thanks!

Wendlina- I absolutely know how you feel about sweets being too sweet. I've actually had to cut back on my splenda usage. I would normally use 6 packets for a large water bottle filled with tea, I'm down to just 2...crazy how this happens!

I understand! I never ever thought I would prefer salty to sweet. I cant believe all the changes in my body and taste buds. Now if I could just lose the desire for bread. I know its toxic for me and I feel the effects immediately, yet some days a simple sandwich or bagel would be better than winning the lottery

what vices do ya'll still have?

honestly bagels are sooooo amazingly delicious! I have the hardest time with breakfast over any other meal. I am also seriously craving a muffin/cake type whatever to go with my coffee. I am thinking of trying the bean bread recipe. I have made them before and they were pretty good.

Is there such a thing as a quick muffin type deal wheat belly style?

Celery smeard with chicken or bacon fat, or a mix of butter and blue cheese. I always get plenty of fat in my diet.

There are lots of One Minute Muffin recipes that can satisfy that cake-y longing to go with your morning coffee.

The hard part for me is getting that fat in, so I add butter to darned near everything or else I stall.
