Dixie Diner Thick It Up Low Carb Thickener

Does anyone use this? How do you like it? It's available at netrition.com.

I used to use ThickenThin, but they're out of business.

Thanks, Soobee! This was exactly the information I was looking for.

I have only about a teaspoon left of the ThickNThin I bought in, I think, 2001. How's that for a shelf life! .
