I make it all the time...My husband who is not low carb loves it. I make mine with /almond flour and Parmesan cheese mixed with spices.

Did u all use recipe on this site or find ones on Internet? Some call for 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs but couldn't I use the Dixie lowcarb bread crumbs ?

I use half crushed pork rinds and half Parm cheese (Kraft brand) - I also season that with a little garlic powder and freshly-ground pepper.

Dredge the chicken first in slightly beaten eggwhite, then the cheese mix. It's awesome!

I season the parm cheese with garlic powder, smoked paprika and onion powder, parsley and sometimes other seasoning, depends on my mood, in a ziploc bag, cover the chicken breasts in mayo then shake them in the parm mixture. I love them this way - no flours or pork rinds needed.

Yup- everyone loves it.

I make it just like Charski except I dredge the pieces in melted butter. Coating is the same.
