Seriously Amazing LC 3 Minute Choc Brownie!
I made this today... I was kind of amazed at how great it was! I don't think it's Induction friendly, but for those of us past Induction and looking for a filling treat (lots of fiber and protein and OMG Fat!), it's pretty fantastic. I make OMM pretty often, but decided to go a bit further... I'm glad I did!
(Sugar Free, Low Carb, Gluten free!)
3 Rounded Tablespoons Golden Flax seed meal
1.5 Rounded Tablespoons Almond Meal/Flour
2 Rounded Teaspoons Unsweet Chocolate Powder
2 Melted Tablespoons of Butter (or coconut oil)
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Rounded Teaspoons Erythritol
2 Teaspoons Sweet Leaf Stevia powder
2-3 Tablespoons Sugar Free chocolate chips (I use a brand called Lilly's from Whole Foods)
Mix all ingredients together in a microwave safe dish (something kind of wide and flat will is best--I use a sandwich shape container)
Microwave for 2-3 minutes (until no longer liquidy/gooy on top--you will have to figure out the right time on your own, as microwaves will vary, as well as the container you use!).
Roughly 500 calories, 45 grams of fat, 17 grams of Fiber, 13 grams of Protein, and 9 grams of Net Carbs (carbs minus fiber).
I'm never giving up. I am going to work as hard as I can without giving into temptation. This is a battle I WILL WIN.

And where is the picture? I am on induction for a while, so looking at "future food" pictures is my vice. But marking this to make later.
