Designer Whey Vanilla Praline Protein Powder

Good News!

I contacted Designer Whey because their unflavored whey protein powder is 2 carbs per serving but my Vanilla Praline flavor is 6... but the only real difference is that the flavored one contains erythritol. I briefly explained my diet and that I wanted to know how many grams of erythritol are in a serving and it's 3! So the net carb count is really 3!

I assume it is similar for their other flavors.

WOE: Going back to JUDDD
That is such great info, Jen! Thanks for checking it out. I have avoided ordering flavors because of the carb count and never thought about contacting them to ask why there was such a big difference.

So share with us, what do you use the Vanilla Praline flavor for? You have some great recipes and your followers want to know.

Well, I plan on trying it in the BTF baking mix soon but right now I am adding 1/3 scoop of it to my coffee with either coconut oil or cream and mixing it, with some added sweetener, for a frothy hot coffee yummolicious drink. It's a quick meal for me.

I don't know what BTF baking mix is, but your coffee sounds yummy.
