HELP from a UK low-carber? What is a 'T' in a recipe??!

Gluten-Free Grain-Free Focaccia Bread

Guys/gals-obviously 1 tsp is a 1 x 5ml teaspoon....assume a 'T' is a tablespoon? If so assume like a UK tablespoon-15ml?

I have a set of measuring cups so have worked that bit out lol ....anyone advise?

Just to check that you know these recipes are expressed in US measuring-cups and spoons, not metric ones so, no, a US Tbsp is not quite 15ml tho' it's mostly near enough as makes no difference (actually, 14.2ml).

And, yes, t = teaspoon (approx 5ml) T = tablespoon

Baking powder differences can mean that we only need approx. two thirds of the recommended amount in a recipe (it depends).

UK eggs are larger so a US large egg is approx a UK medium (50g for the unshelled egg).
