Hungry for something really sweet!!! Now!

I've just started the low carb a little over a week ago now and not doing to bad but today I am hungry for something sweet!

Does anyone have a good quick recipe using any of the following ingredients? It's what I have on hand. Oh and I've looked through the recipe threads and have seen a lot that I want to try, just have to pick up some of the ingredients.
Thanks!

cream cheese (8oz)
fresh strawberries
frozen raspberries
sugar free cool whip
splenda (powdered)

I have mixed Splenda into cream cheese before... Worked for me. But you have to watch out how much you put in if you are not using the liquid Splenda. Those carbs sure add up!

Yes, that's what I do, and it's a great treat, and satisfies hunger as well. I like to put a little lemon juice in. I pretend it's lemon cheesecake.

I'm totally late to your craving, but mini cheesecakes or mock danishes are good. Both require eggs though. But I think most LC'ers have eggs on hand all the time. SF jello is good with a dollop of whipped cream on top. I can kill cravings with an iced coffee with stevia and cream. Or even (in dire situations), a spoon of natural peanut butter.

I just had a grande latte made with heavy cream and sugar free peppermint and chocolate. It was soo good. I was about to cave with real sugar and this helped a lot.

Stuffed Strawberries

4 oz. crean cheese
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 packets splenda
1 sf dark chocolate candy bar
1 lb (aprox 20) strawberries

Clean strawberries and cut stems off so the strawberry can stand on end. Cut from top to bottom (not totally thru though) in an X form. Microwave cream cheese 1 minute to soften add vanilla and splenda mix throughly. Pipe into the strawbery where you formed the X. Microwave the chocolate in a baggie for a minute or two depending on your microwave. When melted, cut the very corner tip off the baggie (cut just a pin hole size or the drizzle will be heavy)and drizzle over strawberries

Just skip the chocolate part.
