There are tons of variations, but this is the one I use.

Ground Beef with Rotel

2 pounds ground beef
˝ pound Italian sausage
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and Italian sausage with salt and pepper. Drain grease. Add cream cheese and stir until completely melted and incorporated. Sprinkle with cumin and chili powder and stir to mix. Add tomatoes with their liquid. Stir a few minutes until everything is mixed and hot.
