Hello. I have an oven.

Hello everyone! New to the forum, but not to Atkins. I did Atkins before the internet was on full blast.

Ok... I know it doesn't sound exciting to most people that I have an oven. But, I live in Thailand and ovens are very hard to come by.

Quick history:

I did the Atkins diet about 12 years ago with great success. I was able to get down to a manageable weight and then I switched to a different program called Body-For-Life and was even more successful. I put on 12 pounds of muscle, lost more than 50 pounds and was doing great for a couple years. Then disaster hit and I fell down some stairs rendering me unable to exercise with this gosh darn, horrible foot pain. Long story short. I put some weight back on (several times) and now I'm back on Atkins and I'm seeing the same success I had so many years ago. WHEW!

So, really all I want to know is what recipes do you recommend that I can prepare in my new oven. Since I'm in Thailand, I don't have access to Atkins products...but I really wanna bake and use this thing!

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'm currently in phase one, induction.

Whatcha got for me????

Welcome SADWING!

How about we narrow it down to something YOU want to bake.

Are you looking for cookies, a cake, cheesecake, etc?
Give us something specific, and we will help you find a recipe.

What ingredients do you have access to? Almond flour, coconut flour, cream cheese, cream, etc.

Yes what can you get your hands on? You should be able to get coconut flour.
