Kroger brand frozen fish filets -any good?

Has anyone tried the Kroger brand frozen fish filets? (I believe Kroger store affiliates like Gerbes or Fred Meyers has them in addition to actual Kroger grocery stores).

Also, what type of fish would you get? There were several wild caught ones - halibut, roughy, perch.... I'm looking for a nice mild (non-fishy!) flavor.

Thanks for the reviews!

I tried the salmon filets that they have frozen in packages, and they were quite good. The best part was that you could cook them frozen, no thawing needed.

I like them. The Flounder is a good one. Not real strong tasting.
