noodles for stir fry
For all my LCF's living la vida Low Carb...I made a surprising discovery today I just had to share. I made a stir fry for supper with the veggie a little larger than I usually cut 'em and at the last minute realized I had a bag of broccoli slaw that I had to use. Thinking it would cook quicker than the rest of the veggies, which was not to be. They were actually a bit on the al dente side and passed as noodles in my ramen quite well...very delicious and I'll definitely remember to do that again.
