Honey Baked Ham
I am looking for a LC Honey Baked Ham recipe. If any of you have one to share I would really appreciate it.

Thank you,

This is from Whole Foods. I served it for Easter last year and it's really good. It uses small amounts of honey and orange juice, which are forbidden foods, but it's for a whole ham, so the carb impact shouldn't be too bad for a slice or two.
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons orange juice
pinch of ground cloves
7-lb precooked spiral sliced ham
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Roast the ham for 30 minutes. Stir together the honey, orange juice. Brush the ham with half the mixture, then cook 10 minutes more. Brush with remaining mixture and cook 10 more minutes.

I buy a Kirkland ham .... and don't use the "sugar/spice" mixture that comes with it.

I mix together some Allspice, splenda, and some water. Then I "spoon it" between the slices, cover the ham with foil and bake.

Delicious ! You get the wonderful spiced flavor without the carbs/calories.
