Chicken muffins - a little bland

So I used Linda Sue's recipe for tuna/salmon muffins, but made them with canned chicken breast and poultry seasoning instead of tuna and old bay. I also added a little sour cream and some flax.

They aren't bad...just a little bland. I was trying to figure a way to tasty them up. So far the only thing I came up with was to maybe make a spread with some cream cheese and hot taco sauce.

Any other thoughts? I can eat them either hot or cold (hot probably tastes better, but cold is easier to spread things on).

How about some Tostitos Salsa con Queso cheese sauce? I love that stuff and it's pretty good for low carb.

The only other thing I can think of would be Costco's Greek yogurt spinach parm dip. It's a nice thick spread. Better yet would be the Greek yogurt jalapeno dip but I haven't been able to get that at my Costco in MONTHS.

I have made these with cajun seasoning. I also have made them by filling the muffin part 1/2 way, adding chopped broccoli on top and shredded cheese....kind of like a meal in hand.

I think the OP wants to top the ones she has already made which taste bland to her.

Another thought - mix sriracha with mayo, to taste. Or Frank's Red Hot sauce and mayo. Makes a nice topper for lots of things, actually.
