Has anyone ever tried powdering erythritol in a Vitamix?

Instead of a coffee grinder?

I do it all the time. Works great with the regular container. Fill it 1/2 way, turn it on high, and tamp it down. It probably takes less than a minute.

Oh man, that's awesome. I can't believe I've never thought to try this before! Thank you Soobee!

And then let it sit and settle down for a few minutes or you'll be greeted with a cloud of airborn sweetness!

Yes, I do know from personal experience. :D

I'm imagining it might also be done in a small coffee grinder. I occasionally cook with sugar (for others) and when I need superfine sugar I put some in a little grinder I keep for anything other than coffee. After a count of 3, the sugar is nearly powdered.

I second do it all the time. I make sugar free brown sugar too.

I do his in bullet blender 8ounces at a time and just use one of the lids to store it...use grider blade...sometimes i just store it with the blade on and regrind before using.
