Question for Subbing Honey/Maple Syrup for Splenda/Erythritol Mixture

I found the following recipe on Face Book today. I would like to sub out the honey/Maple surup for af sweetners. How would I go about doing this? I thought about adding mayo instead of the honey/maple and then adding my sweeters. I am assuming the recipe needs the moisture of the honey due to the coconut flour.

What are you suggestions?

Well, from what I've read and done, you should be able to switch it out equally. 1/3 cup, of sf sweetener. What I've done for the 'moisture' is add some heavy cream until the 'batter' looks right. It usually doesn't take much. You cold use coconut or almond milk too..

I just made, for the second time some grain free pumpkin bars and that's what I did just added 1/3 cup sweetener and a splash of heavy cream. They turned out great and this is the second time I've made them.

What I read is, if it's a cup or less, the swap is equal. After that I guess you go by taste..

You could add low carb honey. It has the liquid and the "honey flavoring". You might add low carb maple syrup. I make my own maple syrup sometimes with water, maple extract, and sucralose liquid with a bit of xanthan or guar. To me maple syrup and honey both seem less sweet than AF sweeteners, but that is just me. You may have to taste as you go to see if it is sweet enough.
