Pork Rinds and Ouizod Baking Mix Recipes?

Hello Everyone! http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/im.../hiya_2011.gif

Anyone use pork rinds and Ouizod baking mix as a coating/breading for chicken, fish, etc? If so, could you share your recipes please? Thanks!

I've done pork rinds mixed with almond flour and parmesan, but I never tried it withthe flour mix. I am also interested in what mixes others have tried.

I just made a cream gravy with it so i think i will try to mix it with pork rinds and make 'chicken nuggets' (or some other breaded, meaty goodness) with it. I was hoping someone else had some good suggestions but that's okay. Let us know if you do some experimenting! I've only used the almond flour/parma combo as breading as well but my oldest son is now allergic to all nuts!
