Paleo Wraps

anyone tried these? They're made from coconut entirely. Thoughts or comments on your experience with them?

I love them and eat them almost every day for lunch. I order them in bulk straight from Julian Bakery because I was having trouble finding them in my area. I would definitely recommend trying them first. They are like miracle noodles in the sense that you will either really like them or really hate them.

Very interesting... thank you! Sorry I tried to do a search before I posted, but I couldn't get anything to pull up.

I was just looking for something convenient to get off the hook of cooking occasionally. I'm all about homemade, whole foods, no Frankenstein, but these looked tempting

These definitely qualify as real food. Just coconuts..nothing else.

Ok, I ordered a couple of packages based on your recommendation!

No, but they charged my credit card already. Haven't gotten any kind of shipping confirmation. I did order several items, but none of the bread that they say may delay shipping.

ETA: Just checked the order confirmation. Says it should arrive in 7 - 14 days. So I guess I may need to wait up to another week.

I really hope you like them. I am about to order a new batch soon. A dear friend of mine is doing LC/HF with me and she tried one of mine and liked it so now I have a partner to go in with me on shipping.

I finally got my Paleo wraps, 2.5 weeks after I ordered them. One week after I ordered I got an email saying my items would be baked in one week. Then I guess they were and I got them 2 days after they shipped. I ordered two packages of the paleo wraps and a few other things. The paleo wraps are ok, they have a very neutral flavor and the texture was fine. But since I have survived a year of LC without them or similar products (except for lettuce wraps), I don't feel that I "need" them at this point. So I will probably eat a couple a month until I use them up and won't order any more.

I also got the Paleo waffles. Taste is fine, have quite a bit of cinnamon, but they do have a bit of texture to them, I think from coconut flour. Probably would be easy to make something just as good or better homemade. My non-LC son didn't like them. I probably won't order these again, as with the wraps they are no longer a food I feel the need to eat.

Also got the almond thins crackers. They are tasty and have a good crunch. But very expensive and I am sure there are good recipes out there that would be equally as good. Of course I haven't made any in a year of low-carbing, but I might now. They were very good with some spreadable cheese I have.

Also tried two cookies - the paleo coconut macaroons. These are excellent, moist, chewy and very sweet. However they are very small and have 2 net carbs each. So I have to limit them. Might try to make some of these on my own. I also tried the chocolate mint zero carb cookie. These leave something to be desired. They are very dry and don't have a very strong flavor. They are ok for someone seriously LC and wanting a cookie, but doubt I would buy these again.

At least now you know. I ordered the crackers and I dislike them immensely. Not sure what I'm going to do with them. I hate to just throw them out because they were so expensive. I ordered the chocoperfection candy bars with my last order and love them!
