Low-Carb Gingerbread House (You're not gonna believe this)

You have GOT to go to a web site called Gingerbreadfun and check out the instructions for making this baby: Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Absolutely mind-boggling creation that is perfect for a low-carber's Christmas feast table. In my book, this even tops the turtle made of round meat and hotdogs and the beer stein made of bacon that made the Internet rounds a couple years back.

That is so cool...I'd have to figure out a way to put it under glass or something because I'm pretty sure my cats would eat it.

CATS? Heck, I'd be guilty of sneaking bits off this house. Since the roof is almonds and that looks like macadamias along the foundation, this one is small enough a cake dome might work to keep your kitty or my dog out of it. BUT NOT YOU AND ME, Gwen!! LOL

That's awesome! I got to go check that out. Is that bacon? Very cool, and what an imagination!

I went to the site, and while all the gingerbread stuff is cool, I can't find the one you posted!

Would the inside of this be hollow? I love this idea! I hate to say this but I have never made one. Do people eat these or just look at them?

The link doesn't work. I can't find it either. I would eat this one.
When I was younger I made the ones they could eat and love.

I found it by googling gingerbread fun, low carb. That is sooo cool! And she came in second! I may have to give it a try. I just love the creativity! Who says we shouldn't eat it? This would be great for a party... All the guests could pick at it... Yumm!
