Help with Honey flavored LorAnn Oil

I was so excited to find something that would give me the taste of honey but be low carb, well now I'm not so sure...

Here are the ingredients: artificial flavor, propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, invert sugar, glycerin & malt syrup.

So, the question is- think it would still be safe to use? I know it's very concentrated (you use 1/4 teaspoon to equal 1 teaspoon of a normal extract) but I wasn't expecting it to have any sugar what-so-ever.

I was just wanting to try using this with the fat bombs- one of my favorite Godiva Truffles was the Roasted Almond, which had a slight honey flavor- thought I could make my own fat bomb version!
