Vitamix, cuisinart or kitchen aid food processor and a mandoline. I don't expect any of these, but may have to buy myself one for the holidays. DH sucks about gifts ( hasn't given me a Christmas present since our first Christmas eight years ago) we tend to focus just on the kids..

Dear Santa,

I really need a pantry for all my kitchen toys because I have them stashed all over the house.

Thanks

Coscto has a wonderful set of Kitchen Aide knives. I bought a set for my DIL for Christmas. I tried a friend's set and they cut like butter!

Grammy G, is that the colored set they had on coupon a few weeks ago? They're also going to have the Vitamix 5200S for $25 off which makes it about $350 at the warehouse in my area Thanksgiving weekend. It's a coupon thing in their yearly Black Friday weekend in-house flyer.

My wish list is a new immersion blender. I have one like Diana but it is also 12 to 17 years old.

The Paleo chocolate lovers cookbook from Kelly Brozyna. It's dairy free.

Charski, I suggest a 5 pound vertical crank stuffer for ease of use. Get one with metal gears if you can, these can often be found on sale at big sporting goods sstores such as Cabelas or Gander Mtn.
