Pistachio Protein Shake

This was amazingly good! Can't wait to make another one tomorrow!

1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup HWC
1 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla Protein powder
1/4 cup Blue Diamond Almond/Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Cream Cheese
1/4 cup pistachio butter - ( I use the Ninja Ultima to make my own, but I've found it in specialty stores)
1-2 TBS LC Condensed Milk ( This ingredient is not absolutely necessary, its good without it, but I like it a lot in shakes. I make mine with Tagatose and Table Cream)
Splash of Monin Vanilla SF Syrup
pinch of gluc for thickening

Yes. Its green. The green color gets faded with the milk and ice so its not as green as the pistachio butter.

I made another one using 2 TBS of the pistachio butter and it was just as good so I don't think 1/4 TBS is necessary. One could add some spinach, kale, etc for a " greener" smoothie.

Yum! It's hard for me to veer away from my standard chocolate protein shake but this might get me there. It has more fat which is better for the way I'm trying to eat now. . . thank you for posting.
