Cinnamon Cookie Dough Bites

I had been thinking of trying this thought of mine recently, and finally did today:

Cinnamon Cookie Dough Bites

1/2 C butter, melted (8 T)
1/2 C sweetener (I used Splenda packets)
1 T cinnamon (I cinnamon)
2 C Almond meal (or flour)

Stir all until a nice dough ball forms
Roll (by hand) into ~1" balls
(Try not to eat too much dough through this process)
Refrigerate until chilled

Makes ~ 24 servings

(My 10 year old son really liked these).

Enjoy!!!

I bet they'd be good make with coconut oil, too.

Just made these. They are pretty good. I had this urge to put peanut butter in them.
