Tuna Steaks ... suggestions

Tonight we are going to grill Tuna steaks and its our first time,

any suggestions ?

Don't overcook! There is nothing drier than an overcooked piece of fish, especially the dense meaty stuff that Tuna is.

I rub with a bit of oil, season to taste (Cavender's Greek is good, or Old Bay) and just cook a couple minutes each side. It depends on how thick the steak is though. I use the "poke test" and I like to be able to poke it and have the "poke" remain, which means it's still nice and juicy inside.

But our FAVE way is to press all sides into sesame seeds (white or black, or half of each) and then grill it on a hot cast iron skillet for about 1 minute each side, then serve with soy sauce and wasabe mustard.
