LOL! How could anybody NOT love cheese?!!!

Now, what kind of cheese do you use, and how do you make this?

take like a tablespoon of shredded cheddar and put it on a microwave safe plate. I put it in for about 1min20sec. VIOLA! Super hot though, so careful! Cures my salt & fried craving right away!

I made hot dogs and fried onions for dinner tonight, I sliced the hot dogs lengthwise but not all the way through, then I took a pepperjack cheese stick and sliced it into thin strips, stuffed into the hot dogs and cooked with the onions in the baking pan insert for my Foreman grill. After they were cooked I took 2 more cheese sticks and just let them melt/cook till I could fold back up into a melted cheese stick -- really tasty!

Yum!! I use melted cheddar cheese for nachos and taco shells. I let it cook until crisp and it works great!
