Stripetti squash- any ideas?

I found this type of squash and the label says its a delicata spaghetti mix. It's big though. What's the easiest way to cook it? Anyone tried one of these? Tips or recipes?

Yes I did last year. Bake it whole at 350 for about an hour. I'm trying to remember what I did with it. Let me think but that doesn't mean I will remember!!!!!

I just got a beautiful Delicata at Trader Joe's. They're .99/each so you can bet I dug through them and found the biggest one!

just be careful... see what the mix is like.

delicatas have 15 grams net carbs in 4 oz. cooked!

spaghetti squash about 8 grams net in a cup cooked.

Wow, interesting squash. Do a net search and you'll find recipes.

Love! Delicata. My hope is this one has that same sweet flavor. How do you cook yours? I love to stuff them with a sausage/veg/cheese mixture and bake.

I have been looking all over for a spaghetti squash recipe that has ham and asparagus, baked in a casserole. I know I have seen it, and its driving me batty.

Watcher, I will definitely look on line, but I always like to inquire here too. I have often the best low carb ideas and recipes here!
