Chicken Lady : Help !

I just made your sour cream cheesecake that I've wanted to make forever but once i started putting it together, I realized I bought Xylitol instead of Erythritol ......so I had to use it !

Will that mess it up ? It smells wonderful !

Not Chicken Lady, but xylitol should work.

I love the taste of Xylitol. It works well in recipes. The only two downsides are that it's highly poisonous to dogs, so be careful if you have dogs. Also, there are very few, if any, calories in most of the sugar subs we use around here, but Xylitol actually has quite a few. Just for your consideration....

Agreed. I adore Xylitol and use it as well as Erythritol, stevia and I have no animals right now.
