Taste just like Ice Cream!!

This is beyond good!! I even cut up a homemade LC reeses cup and mixed it in after it was frozen!! Such a yummy treat, hope ya'll enjoy!

1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup almond milk
4 t. unsweetened cocoa
3 truvia packets
5 drops EZ sweetz

Blend in magic bullet until smooth and pour into glass bowl. Put in freezer and stir every 20 mins. Takes about an hour to get to soft-serve consistency

Hi Ginaaaaa

Rosie has a lilting voice. I went in to read the lyrics and wondered how
a young woman could have so much insight into insomnia,a unless maybe
she as experienced it. I was taken with the song and the words.

Thanks for sharing your Rosie with us.

Hi Barbo, she actually does have a really hard time getting to sleep most of the time, and wakes up very easily. I'm not sure why, maybe she's just always thinking of lyrics and composing music. She comes up with so many great songs, I'm amazed how she can do that. She's kind of a night owl like myself, but I worry that she does suffer from some sort of sleeping problem.

Thank you for listening to her music channel, she will be so happy when I tell her!!

I'm a night owl too. All my life!

Gosh it started with me as a teen ager.
I never sleep before 1 or 2. It caused me grief but no more.
My head is always filled with making food. Recipes etc. Of course other things
too. Now I just don't try to go night night too early. I make myself something
called Relaxing Tea, it a Chinese herbal that I get at our Farm Mkt, nearby.

Hubbs gets up at 7:30, reads the entire paper, saves out things that he think
will interest me. Makes a good pot of coffee. I get up between 9 and 10.
He's already wanting to talk and tell me all about the mostly crap that is going
on in the world. I drink coffee and nod and shake my head at proper times.

Rosie probably get's music going in her head like I do with recipes and such.
She probably thinks lyrics and is creative during that time.
I used to get up and cook but it's just too noisy in our home to do it
successfully.

Thank you Shirl, I will pass that message on to Rosie. She made me a personal CD and I listen to it while I'm cleaning everyday. I like her songs because I can sing along with them lol

Barbo,

Rosie has a good work schedule for her, she only has to get up somewhat early 2 days a week and the rest of the week she works nights so it works pretty well for her sleep time. She can write all the lyrics she wants at night, but she has to wait until daytime to play her guitar and piano. I tell her if she hasn't fallen asleep within 10-15 minutes after going to bed, she should get up and read or something until she feels sleepy. I am up late but never have a problem falling asleep.

By the way, when my mom is visiting she likes to talk about all the trials going on on tv but I don't watch them and don't like hearing about them either. It's bad enough knowing what crime someone committed, I don't want to know all the details!!

Sorry for hijacking this thread!
