If I remember right: once opened, stored tightly capped between uses, 2 years.
I don't know about unopened. You could email them and ask maybe?

I have some older than yours. None have ever gone bad, opened or unopened. They are basically water.

IIRC someone checked and DV said they were good for at least two years - but went they went bad, they had a vinegar odor to them. I've had a couple bottles (probably 5 or more years old!) that smelled that way to me so poured them out.

I have some unopened in a cool dark cupboard that I bet have been in there easily 6 years - I opened one the other day and it was perfectly fine!

I've had opened ones that were fine for ages. Ten years? But our climate is very moderate so my kitchen is rarely really hot.

A bottle of Torani Raspberry lasts about 4 yrs for me, tastes fine. Kept in cupboard. sometimes must have been 90- 100 % temp. I am not sure if it ever goes bad.
