Alternatives to Cream Soup for Low Carb Casseroles

Hi everyone,

Could I please get some suggestions on low carb version of "cream of mushroom; chicken" to add for my casseroles? I just made a delicious beef casserole using cream of mushroom but I realized that the cream of mushroom I used was 10grams of carbs per serving!! That's not very low carb!!

Thank yoU!
