What do you do with your stevia plants? M-inlaw got herself and me one. but we have no idea of how to preserve leaves etc. Tastes good to chew on but would like to use in recipes

I dry them , and powder them. Then put powder in a glass jar w/ lid to keep fresh.I mostly use it in my tea. I have 6 plants. I really like them this way. I have wild strawberries and like to dry them with a leaf on top . That's my candy.

I also use this to make my strawberry jam because I like to keep them red . Other sweetners change the color of straberry jam.

20 years ago this was the only sweetner I could use. I know I use to bake with it.
The plant is pretty awesome.

I really like to chew them.

I hope that helps Cool Cruiser.

May we all live our life as long as we want!
