Potstickers or Chinese dumplings (glucomannan)
I just got my glucomannan in the mail 3
Days ago and have been exited experiment with it.
I love oriental food, Korean food being my favorite.
This morning I made Korean pancakes with the same method..
For the stuffing I used lowest fat ground beef, onions, seasoning salt and ginger powder for some zing.
And 3 handfuls of shredded cabbage!
I used a round flat plate to make the powders circles
Used a spoon filled with chicken broth to wet and set the round edges,
Then filled with some more chicken stock
Once it's set and firm you add your filling in the middle and sprinkle your rounds with more glucomannan
This time around you start adding the stock from the middle of the stuffing .
Once it sets just fry them up and enjoy. :)

I've just been making Nekkid Potstickers then making the gluco flat dumplings and eating them together with Asian slaw or stir fried cabbage, but these look very yummy!
