For those struggling to gag down CO every day--a solution!

I take 1T of coconut oil 3x a day right out of the jar like many of us do, but I struggle with the texture and the fact that it really has no taste....but the other day a solution dawned on me and I wants to share it in case I am not the only one who hadn't thought of it before now!

I take a tablespoon of the CO and make a little well in the center with my finger. Then into that well I pour a small amount of sf Torani. Just enough to fill the little indentation. Maybe 1/4 tsp. What a difference!!

The whole thing just melts together in my mouth and somehow the flavor of it keeps me from gagging on the texture.

Just wanted to share!

I just liquify the CO in a little cup in my MW on DEFROST 2-3 seconds and drink it down. Goes down smooth as silk that way.

I don't think anything could make me enjoy CO.
