i tried your recipe today for Mom's Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Glaze and it is by far and away the best low-carb thing I have tasted yet. The only thing I added to the cake recipe is 10 drops EZ Sweetz because I didn't think the batter tasted quite sweet enough for my taste. I also used Whey Low Powder for my icing sweetener. Everything else I followed just as you had the recipe. I swear I don't think anyone would be able to tell this wasn't the non low carb stuff. Thank you for this recipe. It will save my life. No funky aftertaste at all. Texture is wonderful!! Taste is superb!! :notwrthy:

Ate a piece of this today after being in the frig overnight and it was even better. I really cannot tell the difference in the high carb version and this. It was very dense and fudgy and wonderful. Yum!!

I looked up this recipe and am going to try it--it'll be a good way to use up some Carbalose and wheat protein Isolate that's been sitting around! Thanks for posting.

Hope you like it. Same with me on the Carbalose and WPI. I really do not like the taste of these but there is such a small amount in her cake that you can't really taste it. I got a lot of that stuff to try some of Kevin's recipes but didn't like the taste of them. In small amounts I guess they are okay.

It looks yummy, but I can't have the wheat in the Carbalose or wheat protein isolate 5000. :sad:
