Netrition Order..Questions for you all

Dixie Diner has a huge variety of products for LC.
Has anyone here tried the Bakesmix? The reviews are very good,
then two or three people highly disagreed.

I would be appreciative if someone would speak up about Dixie Diner
before I waste more dollars.

The flour meant to fry with works well- very well. The muffin mixes are just ok, the couple I've tried. Our recipes are better. A few things such as the lemon meringue pie kit were HORRIBLE. Looked gorgeous, tasted amazingly bad. The trail mix/ sticky granola type bars were good the first time we bought them but sucky the 2nd time. Old maybe?

It just started to seem like not much from the company was good enough- or good at all- so I stopped trying them. To be fair though, I have not tried the baking mix.

Take that back. I guess I have tried it. I searched for it on my computer and it came up in a recipe from 2009. So I neither hated it or loved it or I'd remember it. I didn't buy it again. I think I might've tried Carbquik after it.

I've tried their Carb Counters Pancake and Waffle Mix and really like that. It helps when the family comes over and I make blueberry pancakes for everybody!

the only other product I've tried is the Carb Counters Instant Mashers and I didn't like that very much--it's powdered cauliflower with a little real instant potatoes thrown in. I find my own steamed fresh cauliflower is much better and I toss in a teaspoon of instant potatoes to take it up a notch!
