OMG I think I ate 2/3 of that pound of bacon I fried! I had French onion dip in the fridge and it was AWESOME!! How awesome you ask? So flipping good that I ordered a case of cooked bacon from work!! Next is some flavored whipped Philly.

I use pepperoni "chips" too! Microwave them for 1 minute on a paper towel, and let them sit for 1 minute, and they crisp up into chips! I love them dipped in cream cheese!

I think our bacon in Australia must be different. There is no way I could get it to cook like that

I'll have to settle for flax crackers and pork rinds

Mine gets crispy like that if I bake it for 17 minutes at 425 in the oven. I line a baking pan that has edges, with tin foil first. Makes clean up easier!

Put the bacon in a cold oven, turn it to 425 (or whatever that would be on your oven) and set the timer for 17-19 minutes! That's it!

Buy the Costco pre-cooked bacon. Put 6 strips on a paper plate and wrap a paper towel over it. Cook for 35 seconds. Then 30 seconds, then 25 seconds..... Took me along time to arrive at this formula because my son only likes his bacon super crispy.

Makes the bacon very rigid and crispy. It will stay that way all day, even in the fridge...

Love the Costco precooked bacon tip, that will be a real timesaver, and the precise cooking times, funny but look like they will work!
