Good oven baked chicken wings?

Any tips for making chicken wings in the oven?
I can't stand to deep fry things on the stove top. It makes such a mess!

Thanks!

I oven-fry my chicken. It's pretty good and I think it would do your wings justice:

INGREDIENTS:

3 chicken thighs
3 chicken drumsticks (or use whatever pieces of chicken you like)
½ stick unsalted butter
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. Ranch dressing powder, OR spice blend of your choice (I use my Seafood Spice Blend)
2 T. parsley, chopped very fine
1/8 tsp. black pepper
¼ c. plain pork rinds, crushed fine

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in microwaveable bowl. In a separate container, mix all dry ingredients. Dip each piece of chicken into butter, rolling to completely cover. Then roll in the dry coating mix to cover on all sides. Place on foil covered baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. If exceptionally large thighs, check for doneness with a knife, right next to the bone. Add more cooking time if needed. Serve at once with your favorite veggies.

NUTRITIONAL INFO: Makes 3 servings, each contains:

I bake for 1 -1 1/2 hrs until done @ 350 degrees and then dip into 1/2 stick butter and about 1/2 cup LA sauce. I turn after awhile but I start with meaty side down. Make sure they are crispy. I put on parchment paper and clean up is a breeze. so easy and not messy and good. Also, I always cut off the tip of the wing.

I use a mixture of Parmesan cheese and pork rinds. I use either butter or bacon grease as the wet agent. Comes out yummy every time.

I marinate mine in zesty Italian dressing and then dredge in parmesan cheese. I love them so much, I haven't tried any other recipes even though I've collected several that I'd like to try.
