Quick Tip

I had to make powdered erythritol so I added Hershey's dark chocolate cocoa in equal amounts, adding more of the cocoa until I received a good tasting mix.

I use this mix to make a lot of things one being Oreos. All I do is take out as much as I want, add vanilla and almond flour. Slowly add hot water till I have a dough and bake.

Then I take more of the mix above, add unsalted butter, shortening, and vanilla to make the Oreo center..

There are so may things I can make from this such as hot cocoa..

Now that's a great idea - I think I'll make up some of that, it's so hard to get cocoa to dissolve in hot liquid (like for cocoa) and I bet that grinding it together with the erythritol really helps! THANKS!

AND you got a complete recipe for those Oreos, Lady?!

The Oreo Cookies are easy... kinda complete recipe on my blog "low carb way of life'

I took about 1/4 cup of a above recipe and added about 1 tablespoon almond flour and slowly added hot water till a dough formed. Baked it at 350 until crispy...
Oreo Cream: equal amounts of shortening and unsalted butter creamed. A little vanilla and powdered E.
Even easier, for chocolate cream.. The powdered E and cocoa creamed with shortening...unsalted butter, vanilla...

Btw, I can't find your blog. Can you provide some direction. I googled 'low carb way of life' and nothing came up.
