Hmm, the only thing I can think of that might be close would be the GF Bisquick. That isn't LC though.

What do you want to use it for? There may be a great sub recipe or mix I can point you to if I know.

Take a look at the Fantastic Flour Mix threads (a.k.a. Better than Flour or BTF):

http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...flour-mix.html (Main thread - commentary ok)

http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...h-recipes.html (Big batch thread - supposed to be recipes only, no commentary)

I've had some luck with Jennifer Eloff's recipes using her Gluten Free baking mix. You can google her blog and find the recipe there, along with lots of ideas for using it.

Ditto what Redhead said. Jen's GF bake mix is marvelous! So is her Splendid Low Carb Bake mix IMO.

I make a lot of roll recipes but the good ole oopsie recipe with a tbs of flax and a tbs of unflavored protein powder is my go to for a white bun experience...I even saw a post where someone made molds out of foil for the bun shape they wanted and when they where done baking they could just slice them in half for hamburgers or put a slice in a longer version for a hot dog bun.

I think buttoni's focaccia bread can be made into a bun shape in a muffin-top pan, and they last a long time (a week or more) in the fridge: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...cia-bread.html

Garlic, you really should make Peggy's recipe. I made it as rolls and bagels, and it is sooo good. I give it five plus stars!
