Need help finding lc biscuit recipe

I found a lc biscuit recipe on this site a while back that used 1/3 cup of the BTF mix, HWC and additional baking powder. The recipe was baked in the oven at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. The person that posted it said she actually kept it in the oven for longer than intended, and it turned out very crisp. I have looked and looked but I cannot for the life of me find that recipe. Please help!

Yes that is it!

This is exactly what I was looking for! I have made this several times without the cheese and it is totally awesome! Thanks so much!

Sleepingduty, do you just use BTF mix and cream?

recipe for biscuit using BTF

Hi,
this is the recipe I use:

Lo Carb Biscuit
1/3 cup better than flour, ¼ tsp extra baking powder, pinch of salt and mix in about ½ cup heavy whipping cream until the dough is softer than cookie dough but still spoonable, not pourable. Can add 1-2 tablespoons of water if the dough still seems too stiff.
Spooned the dough into two rings (I have a set of biscuit cutters I used for this), spray cookie cutters or rings with cooking oil, place on parchment paper or cookie sheet sprayed with cooking oil and bake in a 400 degree oven for nearly 25 minutes or until the tops get brown.

I use some biscuit cutters and some heart shaped cookie cutters and put the dough in them then bake one the parchment paper placed on top of a cookie sheet. They are awesome out of the oven (crunchy on top). If I keep them in a ziplock bag, they become a little softer the next day. I use coconut flour, and pea protein in my mix. It seems to make the batter pretty stiff and sometimes takes a little more than 1/2 cup of HWC.

A huge thank you to dianafoot for developing this recipe, and a shout out to Drjlocarb for finding it for me!

this is the one that I posted originally using BTF and HWC with a little pinch of baking powder and a bit of grated cheese. I did overcook them in the original recipe, but I have found that they are just as good baked for 15 minutes or so just until golden and set:

It is so simple and so good. I served them this morning to my southern high carb family along with traditional cream biscuits and got rave reviews.
