Here's a good one.
Breakfast ideas instead of bacon/eggs?
Do you know how to use our search .
You have to look at these but it'll help.
Linda sue's website is really great. She has recipes for induction that have * beside them.http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.htmls a link to her website.
She has great stuff on it. Lots of breakfast too.

I just made this this morning and was thrilled w the results- esp as it is very very quick:
2-3 hardboiled eggs, crumbled
1 small avocado mashed into the eggs
Franks Hot Sauce (or other) to taste.
Mush them all together. That's it! tastes like creamy and delicious deviled eggs, without all the work.

There are many quiches that are really good and Really filling on Linda Sue's site. We particularly love the spinach and mushroom one. I usually add in either a little crumbled bacon, ham or sausage.
