chia seed/ chia flour baking?

anyone had luck with chia seed flour?
i cant stomach the "pudding" but id like to use my chia seeds...
ive read you can grind it into flour and bake with it,
has anyone tried this?

I made chia pancakes this way. No flavor whatsoever except what you add. I added cinnamon and maple. The seeds are also great mixed with ground meat. They make the meat tender and juicy and no one can tell they are there.

I have not used them as flour themselves. But I recently made some lemon chia seed muffins that were awesome! Like lemon poppy seed muffins but with the chia seeds.
