In a pinch.... My first Fat Bomb (my version)!!
Yesterday I was in a huge hurry to get out the door and I knew I was getting ready to be surrounded by a ton of food (pizza, sandwiches, desserts, etc). So, I looked in my pantry and made a very large fat bomb (my versin). I used 2tbsp organic no sugar added peanut butter, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1tbsp of cocoa powder, a little stevia and a dash of sugar free vanilla Torani syrup. OMG!!! It was sooooo delish and I didn't eat anything else until dinner! 6 net carbs and it held me over for 9 hours!!! I'm so glad I found something like this! I really do love all the ideas/inspiration I find on this site.
