I bake mine at 400 degrees until crispy (45 min to an hour at least), using parchment paper or a silicone mat really helps (especially with the clean up).

I boil mine for 8 minutes (add to boiling, salted water, let it come back to a boil then time for 8 minutes).
Drain, pat dry and bake on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet at 425 for 15 minutes and they're perfectly cooked and crispy.
You can turn them at 10 minutes, but I don't find it necessary

Do you boil them to remove the fat? Will they be just as crispy if I don't do this step? I just returned home from the grocery store with 2 large packages!

The boiling pre-cooks them and renders some fat out so they get crispier faster

With the method at this link, they turn out nice and crispy every time.

Do you season the wings at all before you bake them? Recipes on the internet mention flour, paprika, salt, pepper and butter. The flour is definitely out for me! I can't really imagine needing butter...but I'm not experienced with making oven fried wings.

TIA!
