Has Anyone Tried This "Shake"?

Supposed to be like a Wendy's Frosty:
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 banana ( I suppose you could could use sugar free banana syrup)
Blend

I haven't, but I assume the banana would be to give the shake some body and thickness, so I don't think banana flavor is what you want.

yes, I'm SURE you don't want banana flavoring!!!

it won't be anything like a frosty... you need ice cubes in it at the very least, and then something to thicken a bit, like xanthan or glucomannan

You are right - I forgot 15 ice cubes! It would be nasty without!

I make a Wendy's frosty by blending up 5-6 frozen almond milk cubes, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder , vanilla, I just dump some in. Sweetner to taste and a heaping tbsp Greek yogurt. I also like to add some avacado for extra creaminess. This is so freaking good.

Avacado - now that's a great LC sub for the banana. Might have to try it that way!

WOE: Thinking of trying NK
I use avocado in mine, too. Soooooo good! If you can spare the carbs, a tbs of peanut butter is good in it too.

Brendajm,
How much avacado do you use? I do basically the same recipe as yours, but use 1/2 frozen banana. It is very good.

Sorry, forgot to add... sometimes I add 1 Tbsp of PB2 (heaping full).

Avocado? Nice idea. Never thought of that.
