Filling Recipes for Strawberry Huller

First, thank you Skeeter! Your idea will make this much easier.

Mindy Mousse-
I take one sugar free chocolate pudding (the ones that come pre-packaged with 4 individual cups) and mix with 8 oz of softened cream cheese and add vanilla davinci. Whirl in my ninja and tah dah.

My changes to Polly Welby's : 2 oz. bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate (really your choice what kind for carb count) in a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate until melted. Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
Whip cream 3.5 0z. in large bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks barely form.
Fold chocolate into cream and chill for 30 minutes before piping into strawberries.

Take your hulled strawberry and fill half a ziplock bag with mousse. Cut corner of bag off and pipe into each strawberry to fill. Refrigerate until very chilled.

Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God...
